PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your reservation is not finalized until the deposit is received. Deposits can be made via CashApp ($NunoMartins), Zelle, cash, or Venmo. Please indicate your preferred payment method. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your booking. Late payments will incur a $10 fee per day.

REFUND POLICY

Payments for completed bookings are non-refundable.

LATE/TARDY POLICY

If you are 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook. Any tardiness will reduce your session time. Additional time can be requested for a fee, depending on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours before the session. Cancellations after this period are treated as no-shows. In cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, one complimentary reschedule is allowed.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows will forfeit all payments and must pay in full for any future bookings.

TURNAROUND TIME(unless specified on the package)

• Photos: approx. 14 days after the session.

• Videos: approx. 3–4 weeks.

• Major events (weddings, etc.): approx. 6 weeks.

Rush services are available for an additional fee. Please don’t inquire about progress until the given time has passed, as these are estimates based on our workload.
